He transitioned from Technical Support to Software Engineering, giving him a unique perspective on the full product lifecycle—from understanding user pain points to architecting robust solutions.

He specializes in backend development with Java, Python, and TypeScript, and has hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and CI/CD automation (Docker, GitHub Actions). Currently, he's focused on designing reliable APIs and exploring AI integration in backend systems.
